Privacy Policy

LittleAlign™ is the data controller for this app. You can reach us at privacy@littlealign.com for any privacy question.

• Your email address and Shopify order number — used to verify your purchase and unlock child profile slots.
• For each child profile: a nickname (not necessarily a real name), age, avatar emoji, and reminder time. No real names, location, or school are collected.
• Session activity: when a session was started or completed, current streak, and challenge progress.
• Optional progress photos are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

We use the data above to operate the app — verifying your order, counting streaks, scheduling reminders, and issuing milestone rewards (e.g. discount codes after a 40-day streak).

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. We do not run third-party analytics on your activity.

We use Supabase to host the database and Shopify to verify orders and create discount codes. Both are data processors acting on our instructions. Apple and Google process push notifications you've opted in to receive.

Accounts in LittleAlign are owned by a parent or legal guardian who is 18 or older. Children do not create accounts and do not sign in. The only child-related data we store is nickname, age, avatar emoji, and reminder time — provided by the parent.

Parents must explicitly confirm consent in the app before any child profile is created. Parents can review, correct, or delete every piece of data we hold about them or their children at any time from Settings → Privacy Center.

If you reside in California (CCPA / CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, or any other US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct or delete that information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — we don't sell or share, so there is nothing to opt out of, but we make this preference accessible in-app regardless.
• Be free from retaliation for exercising any of these rights.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymous statistics that cannot identify you may be retained longer.

Sessions are persisted in your device's secure storage (iOS Keychain or Android Keystore). Communication with our servers is TLS-encrypted. We don't track you across other apps or websites.

We'll update this page if our practices change. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
