LittleAlign is a daily habit companion. It is designed to help parents build a posture-awareness routine with their children during screen time. LittleAlign is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information during order verification.

To create an account, you verify ownership of a LittleAlign product using the email and order number from your Shopify order. Each order number is bound to a single account on first use.

Reaching milestones (e.g. a 40-day streak) may unlock a discount code for use on the LittleAlign store. Codes are single-use, are tied to your account, and have no cash value. We reserve the right to revoke codes obtained through fraudulent activity.

• Don't attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Don't try to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the app.
• Don't use the app to harm yourself, your child, or anyone else.

The app itself is free with your LittleAlign purchase. Any future paid features will be disclosed clearly before you commit to a purchase. Refunds for in-app purchases are governed by the Apple App Store or Google Play policies that apply to that purchase.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it stable and accurate, but we don't guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LittleAlign isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll surface a notice in the app when material changes happen.
